Our first meeting we'll look over your home together and I will learn more about the goals for selling. We will discuss your home’s selling features and I can make suggestions for improvements that can lift the price. I will do a comparative market analysis (CMA), which we will look at comparable homes that have sold nearby, to determine the recommended price.
